Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive - Housekeeping and F&B Services to join our team. As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations and within the food and beverage areas of our establishment. Your primary focus will be to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in our facility, guest rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and food storage areas. Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations and those in the food and beverage areas of our establishment.
● Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
● Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
● Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
● Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment for the food and beverage areas.
● Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
● Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in food storage areas, refrigerators, and kitchens.
● Address any housekeeping-related concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures.
● Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
● Proven experience as a Senior Executive - Housekeeping / F&B Services or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
● In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices, particularly in food and beverage areas.
● Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
● Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
● Ability to train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the food and beverage industry.
● Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
● Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to housekeeping operations
