We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with external agencies/job portals when needed.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation and system entries.

• Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full & final settlement procedures.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

• Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.

• Assist in HR audits and statutory compliance requirements.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.

• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

5. Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes (monthly/quarterly/annual cycles).

• Monitor and track goal-setting and KRAs in coordination with department leads.

• Assist in training and development planning.

equirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

• 3–4 years of progressive experience in HR roles.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS platforms.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
