We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Executive - HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR operations while aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to people management and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including induction and exit processes

• Address employee relations matters and mediate disputes to ensure timely resolution

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures uniformly across the organization

• Manage payroll inputs, compensation, and employee benefits administration

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and labor laws

• Plan and coordinate learning & development initiatives and training programs

• Drive the performance management process including goal setting, evaluations, and appraisals

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records using HRMS/HRIS tools

• Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic planning and decision-making

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

• Strong HR operations experience across recruitment, payroll, and policy administration

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

• Proficient in HRMS/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
