Experience
3-6 years of experience in effectively handling employee lifecycle management, implementing HR policies, supporting performance management, facilitating training and development, payroll processing, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Languages
English, Hindi & Telugu (Mandatory).
Location :- Moosapet, Hyderabad.
Age:- Below 28 years (Only Male).
Qualifications
Master’s in business administration specializing in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
• Ensure effective coordination and management of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with business needs, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance.
• Contribute to the growth and development of employees by identifying training needs and administering performance management processes.
• Foster a positive work environment through grievance resolution and engagement programs.
• Efficiently handle payroll processes, including calculations of PF, ESI, Gratuity, and timely disbursement of salaries, while ensuring adherence to statutory compliance, timely registrations, and submission of reports to relevant authorities.
