Job Description :
1-Training Monitor & Evaluation ( Responsible for whole Induction, Yearly, Project Training activity )
2. Training outcome & record, Monthly training MIS
3. L&D procedure/policy/flowchart/format setup
4. Identify the training needs within an organization through job analysis
5. Arrange the training committee activity and conference
6. Prepare the yearly and monthly training calendar (Scheduling the training i.e on-the-job and off-the-job)
7. Training Course execute
8. Designing and assessing training programs.

10. Coordination with all participants for the training arrangement (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Training program as per our Yearly Training plan.)
