Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures / practices meet the business needs.
• Sourcing candidates from internal databases and job portals as per the requirement.
• To ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in End to End recruitment
• Minimum 1-year experience in recruitment
• Should be very good in sourcing, screening, documentation etc.
• Good team player.
• Should have hands on experience in MS Office skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills in English
