Designation – Senior Executive- Legal and Compliance
Qualification: Company Secretary, LLB will be add on.
Experience: 3 years
Reports to – Manager Tax & Compliance
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• SECRETARIAL COMPLIANCES:-
• Maintaining all statutory records and registers.
• Maintaining minutes of the board, general and committee meetings.
• Drafting of all types of resolutions.
• Filing of all types of statutory forms.
• UBO Compliance and statutory filings.
• Maintaining capital table tracker and related documents and certificates
CSR COMPLIANCES:-
• Maintaining CSR records and complying with the relevant regulations.
• Filing statutory forms.
RBI COMPLAINCES:-
• ODI and FDI compliances
• Compliance with debt and equity framework as per FEMA guidelines
• Filing FLA returns.
• ESOPs and share based payments compliances
• Managing RBI Compounding applications
Other Statutory Matters
• Written representations to SEZ authorities.
• To be appointed on official CS role as per the statutory requirement.
