Sr. Executive (Legal & CS)
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Principal Accountabilities:
Handling Compliance Manager:
- Regular Monitoring of compliance manager, identification of non-compliances and reporting. Getting non-compliances corrected.
- Understanding changes in the regulator environment and getting the compliance manager updated accordingly.
Contract & Agreement drafting and vetting:
- Drafting and vetting of agreements for vendors, employees, project management agreements, NDAs, etc. IPR Management
- Tracking the IPR renewals and Updations
- Dealing with the counsel for getting examination done and various reply filling
Knowledge Management:
- Attending court hearing and representing
- Conducting legal research in various areas and preparing the legal reports and making sure we are better prepared
Laws, Rules & Regulations related to Education Sector:
- Conducting Research on the laws, rules & regulations of the State Education Depts and sharing the Report
- Keeping the team apprised on the bye laws of the affiliating bodies for the schools
- Regularly monitoring the updates or amendments in the Laws, Rules & Regulations (both State based and Centre bases) applicable on Schools
Company Secretarial Duties:
- Ensuring all Secretarial Compliances for one of our schools in the Maldives
