Role Overview

You’ll be the go-to LinkedIn expert for 5–8 client accounts, creating and managing tailored strategies that elevate their brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. Collaborating with content, creative, and account teams, you’ll bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to every client campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Strategy

Build and execute LinkedIn strategies aligned to each client’s goals

Create compelling, platform-specific content that reflects unique brand voices

Manage multiple content calendars and ensure timely, engaging posts

Community Engagement

Engage meaningfully with relevant communities, prospects, and influencers

Monitor industry trends and initiate strategic interactions

Represent clients authentically, maintaining tone and values

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance, optimize based on data, and present monthly reports

Test content formats to improve reach and engagement

Provide actionable insights in client review meetings

Campaign Management

Plan and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns with a focus on ROI

Optimize budgets and performance across diverse objectives

Stay updated on platform features and best practices

Requirements

Experience & Skills

2+ years in LinkedIn marketing (preferably agency-side)

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and industries

Skilled in content writing, audience targeting, and analytics

Familiarity with Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and reporting tools

Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and basic design tools like Canva
