JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop, Implement and coordinate for all aspects of brand/ Marketing-related activities (ATL/ BTL) including:
· Print media, Digital Media SEO, SMO, SMM, ORM, SEM (PPC), E-Mailers etc.
· Outdoor, Event exhibitions & Launch events.
· Consumer and Trade Promotions/ Incentive Programs.
· Collaterals such as Brochures, Sales Kits, Leaflets.
· AV and Walkthroughs. Miscellaneous Project Models, Show flats, Site branding etc.
2. Help in developing Marketing Strategy/ Roll-out plan/ AOP/ Marketing Calendar; Communication/ Media Budget and execution of the same
3. Regular co-ordination with media partners and vendors including Creative Agency, Media Agency, Digital Agencies, Outdoor Agencies, Exhibition Organizers, Stall and other fabricators and Data Base Services.
4. Maintain regular co-ordination with internal departments for Architectural Design, Liaison, and Projects etc.
5. Provide valuable inputs by staying abreast and preparing surveys/ reports/ analysis of competitor data, location data and market trends.
6. Preparing precise briefs (in prescribed briefing format) for Communication Agencies, Media Agencies, Digital Agencies, Web Designers, AV/ Walkthrough Producers.
7. Lead Management/ MIS: Assist HOD in setting up and smooth running of Pre-Sales Tele-callers and Lead Management System (LMS). Prepare/ Extract MIS reports from Lead Management System (LMS), as required.
8. Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
· SEO: Ensure website and microsites are optimized on search engines.
· SMO & SMM: Use Social Media as an effective paid advertising platform; oversee / supervise regular updates on Social Media.
· Property Portals: Ensure Maximum visibility of projects on leading property portals.
· Online PR: Ensure favorable articles on review sites, blogs and monitor negative articles.
Online Progress Reports: Assist in preparing weekly reports on Online Presence and Effectiveness of all the marketing deliverables
