About The Role
We won’t say we can predict the future, but our team of Market Research Analysts gets pretty
close. This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room
for growth. Using your expertise in analytics, statistics and big data, you will find answers to clients' business problems. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading domestic and global companies.
Role Details
• Running analytics projects using media currency data from end to end – including crafting analytics plan, analysis of data using relevant statistical tools and techniques, and crafting insights decks.
• Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to effectively convey the research findings.
• Manage quantitative research projects throughout the entire process from research design, to questionnaire draft, to fieldwork management, analysis and reporting.
• Maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
• Understand and implement all internal processes. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Enable fulfilment of client deliverables.
• Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards.
Qualification & Skills
• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics in Media, Research, Digital, Telecom or Technology industries
• Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong statistical and applied analytics background
• Proficient in Python and/or SQL
• Working knowledge of BARC Software (YUMI) is a plus
