JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Executive MIS
Finance | Mumbai, India
Role:
• Supports Senior Management in Reconciliation, Bid updation, operation, finance & FP&A team in data Warehousing, day to day operations reporting providing base for operational and finance review, management dashboard etc .
• Help in automation of process with VBA, python, macros
Essential Responsibilities:
• Financials analytics (Revenue , Costing and Variance analysis)
• Reconciliation
• Bid updation
• Day to day operational reporting
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation
• Prepare monthly financial management reports including financial statement summaries and financial and operating KPIs
• SAP postings, data extraction, reconciliation
• Coding (VBA) to run macros, python knowledge for recon and automation
• Excellent communication skill
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic ideally with some analytical responsibilities
• Full time MBA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Desired Characteristics:
• Knowledge of any industry specific accounting, finance
• Must be excellent and proficient with Microsoft Office and VBA, python
• Candidates must be motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key
• Strong follow through and able to anticipate issues before they arise
• Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently
• Excellent critical thinking skills
