About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Calling existing and potential clients to persuade and convert them for their event needs.

2. Accurately recording details of clients' requirements.

3. Developing great relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

4. Developing in-depth knowledge of the services provided to make suitable recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.

5. Submitting weekly/monthly reports based on client interactions and updates.

6. Creating proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs.

7. Escalating and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.

8. Coordinating and leading virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.

+. Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

10. Maintaining an up-to-date database of client interactions, ensuring all recent updates are accurately recorded.

11. Participating in industry events and trade shows on behalf of the company.
