Job Description
• Partner closely with the Vantedge research, sourcing and CX teams to share intel and hire the best talent for our Clients.
• Understand and identify the competitive landscape and apply this knowledge to the process from research to candidate engagement.
• Proactively seek the team's input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other, even though input may not be needed.
• Develop a scalable, leadership recruiting strategy for our client’s most senior talent across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Help to define the recruiting strategy for search engagements for a variety of leadership roles including understanding and mapping the talent landscape.
• Partner with clients to develop search profiles, curate interview processes, and define sourcing and assessment strategies to ensure the hiring of top talent. Advise and consult the client on the right fit, providing sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best leaders to meet their needs.
• Develop & implement effective and innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and source high-quality leadership and executive-level candidates for open leadership roles and opportunistic pipelining.
• Develop and execute outside-the-box research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing a high volume of data.
• Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to present data to influence decisions.
• Manage the full life cycle process – from research/sourcing to negotiation and offer.
• Continuous eye for improvements - we strive to set the bar in executive search.
• Articulate and clear in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation.
• Provide professional and responsive communications to all stakeholders in the recruiting process. • Identify effective ways to attract passive candidates. Creatively uses social media platforms to attract new talent and promote the Vantedge Search brand.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns. Serve as a skilled problem solver, facilitator, and coach in final negotiations.
• Gather and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information to facilitate both the search process and our overarching market intelligence initiatives.
A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
• 4+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience with a search firm catering to senior-level roles for North America geography (primarily USA). Must have worked on sales hiring, searching for client partner, hunters, farmers and various other sales professionals for top implementation partners.
• Research: a recruiter should be able dive into the field of executive search to learn strategies for success, and then quickly understand and apply this knowledge into effective search strategies for Vantedge Search.
• Communication: a compelling communicator should be able to effectively engage the attention of executive stakeholders, and articulate complex arguments in a polished and professional manner.
