Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of the warehouse for Tirupur division
● Ensure timely dispatch of consignments within the standard operating time
● Ensure stock levels are managed and controlled effectively as per the standards of minimum level, maximum level and reorder level.
● Coordinating racking and storing of materials as per the standard operating procedure and maintain high standards of materials handling
● Periodic stock taking and establish 100% compliance with system stock and physical stock
● Ensure the safety of the warehouse and safeguard the stock from any damages
● Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations including fire protection
● Coordinate with various department for effective coordination of stock levels and transfer
● Inventory management & regular MIS
● Ensure logistics coordination & arrangement for the dispatch of consignments● Support Warehouse management including arrangement of materials for production
● SAP related production work in SAP such as Raw material issuance, barcode sticker generation, scanning & GRN
● All SAP sampling activities (Sampling production in SAP, billing and stock clearing)
● Manual records maintenance
● Reconciliation of BOM with physical stock vs actual consumption and updating of BOM based on actual consumption
● Coordination with head office for production planning and control
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
