Responsibilities
Understanding to Capitalize on digital technologies (current and future) to engage Customer, partner with the targeted audience to build better results and deliver an optimal digital client experience
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Answer questions about the forex products or the company
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/Email
Research and lead generation
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities.
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Take and process orders in an accurate manner from all the platforms
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Good knowledge of relevant digital platforms/forex products
Ability to learn about forex products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication, selling and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other CRM tools
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
