Payouts – Commission & Contest
· Ensuring correctness of Commission payout process
· Reconciliation of payout data.
· Co-ordinate with Finance team for smooth flow of payout.
· Ensure correct development regards to commission rates of new product launch.
· Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for effective resolution.
Query Management
· Handling Samadhan queries on daily basis within the TAT
· AML hold/release
· Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for effective resolution.
MIS & Data requirement
· Share the bank/UTR details with stakeholders.
· Preparation of Project Most report
· Income statement shared with Channel partner.
· 15CA details
· GST updation
Adhoc Activities to support channel & distributors
· Data extraction as & when required as per the requirement.
· Managing SMS triggering portal for adhoc request received from channel/stakeholders for communication to agents / distributors.
