HIRING FOR CLIENT
Work Location - Teynampet, Chennai
Need Candidates with an experience ranging from 5 - 10 years.
• Candidate must be strong hands on experience in Banking and treasury.
• Immediate to 15 days notice is preferred
• Salary Range: 5L to 7L p.a.
1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoice generation, bill booking and bank entry updation.
2. Passing month-end book closure entries.
3. Keeping track of inter-company transactions and reconciling inter-company balances every month and reporting to the management.
4. Proper record-keeping, filing the invoices in chronological order.
5. Knowledge of Forex Management including hedging strategy.
6. Payments processing - to cross-verify the liability in the books and their balances before making the payment to the party.
7. Knowledge of internal control processes and adhering to the same.
8. Experience with working for RBI and FEMA compliances - BOE, Forex advance payments, EDPMS, IDPMS.
+. Monthly payroll process activity- Ability to prepare salary liabilities, knowledge of ESI, PF, and Gratuity - and payments for the same.
10. Liaise with bankers and persons of tax departments and other external parties as necessary.
11. Support during the time of audits- both internal and external.
12. Knowledge and experience in preparing MIS and reporting to the management.
13. Required excellent communication skills.
14. Building relationships: Make and keep commitments, seek opportunities to partner with customers, be optimistic, and anticipate needs.
15. Ability to work with remote teams in multiple geographic locations.
16. Work with cross-functional systems and drive process improvement initiatives.
