Position - Senior Executive Treasury - Treasury & Banking Operations
Reporting to: Senior Manager Treasury
Education - Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
Desirable Experience - 2- 4 years of Experience in Corporate Treasury operations

Job Location - Mumbai
Role Summary - This role will be a member of Treasury Team and will manage Cash & Investments operation activities for Indigrid & group entities.
What the role entails:
• Preparing Daily Cash flows of Indigrid & group companies.
• Initiating fund transfers & execute upstreaming & down streaming of funds.
• Facilitate payments (Vendor,GST,TDS, Salary, Interest payments, statutory payments etc..) & liaising with various team to timely execution of payments.
• Executing Investments & Disinvestments in Mutual Funds, Fixed deposits within the cut off time.
• Entry of investments transactions in ERP or any other platform.
• Assist in DD issuance & facililate business.
• Preparing & circulating monthly MIS.
• Liasoning with Internal and External auditors during audit and resolution of queries.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders like Bankers, MF AMC , etc.
• Ensure full compliance with FEMA, RBI, policies and procedures with controls
• Ensure continuous improvement of treasury processes to deliver efficiencies, accuracies, and timeliness, implement industry best practices and support any new business requirements
• Ensure timely covenant reporting and compliances for the existing banking and other debt covenants including
• interest payment and repayment of principal
• compliances as per the existing banking & debt arrangements
• annual renewals, interest resets, amendments, asset reviews within timelines
13. Any other activity related to Treasury operations
