We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive - Patient Care Services to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care services and ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care.
The Senior Executive / Executive - Patient Care Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the patient care services department, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be highly organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
