Job Summary
Storage, Issuance and Dispensing of Raw Material and Handling of ASRS for Store in Store out of materials, Troubleshooting and handling of TESTO software.
Job ResponsibilitiesPhisical stock verification (Cycle counting) and update the stock in SAP.
• To ensure cGMP compliance in respect of material segregation, ststus labels, calibration and performance checks of weighing balance.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping practices at work place.
• Issuance of Raw Materials as per LVMP production plan as per standard operatin procedure.
• Responsible for Handling of materials and maintenance in rejected material storage area and cold storage area.
• Handling of raw material sampling.
• Handling of Rejected materials.
• To facilitate of Raw materials for retesting as per the SCM information.
• Responsible for MAT to MAT notifications as per SCM and in case of STO receipt materials.
• Resposible for Re-Labelling of MAT to MAT / Re-Test Materials.
• Continuous Up gradation of knowledge with respect to cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitoring and printing of temperature and humidity fron TESTO software.
• To maintain the online documentation related to Warehouse activities on daily basis.
• To maintain and safeguard the ASRS equipment and other properties of company those are assigned for the purpose of use in processes.
• Store in and Store out of materials in ASRS – WMS system.Performance all work in support of our Corporate Values of Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance and passion. Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
• Creation of Document and Questionnaries in TMA and session creation to warehouse personnel as per the requirement.
• Calibration of weighing balances as per standard operating procedure.
• Works in a safe mannar collaborating as a team member to achive all outcomes.
• Demonstrate behaviours thst exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance and Passion.
• Ensure personal adherence with all complaines programs including the Global Business Ethicsand compliance program, Global quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies and HR policies.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education
• D.Pharm
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:-
• Good knowledge in ASRS, Trackwise, TMA and TESTO.
• Expert in Physical stock verification (Cycle Counting)
• Maintains good Interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Flexible to work.Experience:-
• 15+years of experience in GMP regulatory industry.
