Our client is a dairy processing company, with a strong milk collection system, and state-of-the-art Swiss technology-based Bulk Milk Cooler, aimed at providing 100% quality dairy products. The 7-year old company’s processing facility is QMS ISO +001 certified through Swiss accreditation and FSSC 22000 certified through UKAS accreditation.
Their products include toned and double toned milk pouches, curd, buttermilk, ghee and a variety of flavoured yoghurt options. The founders of the company are a Swiss-based Indian couple who are dairy experts and entrepreneurs, who have made sure that the fully automated technology used by them, ensures hygienic and quality products, at every stage of processing till delivery, matching Swiss standards.
As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Brand), you will be responsible for developing brand plans for short- and long-term marketing projects and implementing marketing initiatives and strategies.
What you will do:
• Developing company social culture with media and implementing an advertising campaign
• Packaging development of all products and coordinating with internal teams and sometimes with vendor
• Digital Marketing and offline marketing coordination including PoP material print coordination with vendor
• Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
• Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
• Doing market research to know customer’s perception and behaviour and developing custom brand management plans for each product and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management
• Interacting with the channel (Vendors, Distributors and Hired Agencies) to get critical input on how product design, branding & implementation can be improved
• Assisting in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays
• Being responsible for Public Relation and corporate communication for building the brand as per the company’s future goals and targets
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
• Post Graduate in Brand Management, Business, or Marketing
• At least 3 years to 7 years of experience in a relevant field
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 5,00,000 to 6,00,000
