Designation: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
Office Location: Gurgaon
Position Description: We are looking for a qualified Legal Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management/ Business units about all relevant issues.
The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize the probability of exposure.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work Experience in the relevant profile: More than 3-4 years.
• Drafting, vetting and negotiating various types of agreements.
• Understanding of Commercial laws applicable outside India including but not limited to Data protection laws.
• Liaising, coordination and follow ups with the external counsels in relations to company legal matters/court cases.
• Managing Legal due diligence.
• Analysis/ review of queries by the business team with regards to commercial negotiations.
• Drafting and review of contractual letters, legal notices, claims, replies etc.
• Contract lifecycle Management & Contract Compliances and other Legal Compliances.
• Legal research on corporate commercial laws, contract law.
Required Skills:
• A degree in Law from reputed law college.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
