Job Responsibilities:
Looking for Talent Engagement Specialist passionate towards Cultural transformation journey of the organization
• Responsible to Strengthen Employee Engagement Index through various organization wide initiatives
• Responsible to drive Engagement related initiatives with clarity of purpose and derived business outcomes
• To be SPOC to Business Leaders for Project Cadence and Governance
• Should be able to Influence Leaders towards Change Management
• Conceptualize, Design and Implement Special projects that inspires Change Management in the Organization.

• MBA in HR
• 2 to 5 years of work Experience
