At PadCare we aim to rebuild the way people without periods experience washrooms. We’ve built the world’s first sanitary napkin recycling ecosystem and made it accessible for over a million menstruators through hundreds of valuable B2B partnerships.

What you'll do:
• Social Media ORM(Online Reputation Management) - Support the Growth Marketing Lead by managing PadCare's organic growth as well as the social media reputation of all our major social media calendars including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. through innovative yet compelling content that enhances audience engagement. Apart from the mainstream content creation across various channels & formats, the individual playing this role shall always look for new opportunities & avenues in terms of creating out-of-the-box content ranging from podcasts, reels, trends, etc.
• Internal Communications - Support the cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, R&D, Growth, etc with any of their content-related requests & requirements.
• Employer Branding - Periodically collaborate with the People & Culture team for presenting & executing different campaigns related to PadCare's employer branding.
• Webinars, Presentations, Newsletters, Blogs, Press releases, etc - Taking complete ownership of all the planning & execution with regard to all the content formats mentioned.
• Market Research - Stay up to date with all the ongoing content marketing trends of the sustainability, CSR, and Social Impact industry and accordingly share insights with the rest of the marketing team.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Ensuring that there is a consistent engagement with all the stakeholders in terms of sharing the brief with the designer in a highly clear & assertive manner and timely reporting to the growth marketing lead & other department heads.

What you'll need:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in content marketing, PR, communications, content creation, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass- Communications, Journalism, Advertising or equivalent shall be an added advantage
• A strong tendency to adhere to the standard brand guidelines and the emotional quotient of sustainability & social entrepreneurship as a purpose.
• Knowledge of content development, content strategy, social media, data and analytics and listening platforms, and content and social standard methodologies.
• Proficient in creative direction and constantly ideating on how to uniquely bring marketing campaigns to life.
• Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills, a requirement.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, detail orientation, being highly organized, and hands-on experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a highly ambiguous environment
