What’s the role?
Senior Experience Designer – Enterprise Design System (AI & Platforms) drives the evolution of our Enterprise Design System as a product and data platform—enabling consistent, accessible, system‑compliant experiences from design through to production. This role shapes how designers, developers, and AI tools reliably build using shared components, tokens, tooling, and machine‑readable system knowledge at enterprise scale.
You will ensure high‑quality design outcomes, strong design‑to‑code fidelity, and alignment with accessibility standards through clearly defined system contracts and scalable documentation. Working as part of a cross‑disciplinary core team, you’ll help evolve and scale the design system across our brands while supporting daily delivery teams with practical tools and workflows.
You’re a senior design systems practitioner with deep experience working at enterprise scale, comfortable operating at the intersection of design, technology, and delivery. You think in systems, not screens, and bring strong capability across UI design, component architecture, accessibility, and design‑to‑code alignment.
You enjoy partnering closely with designers and engineers to deliver scalable tools, workflows, and documentation—and are excited by making design systems explicit, structured, and usable by both humans and AI. You’re future‑focused, pragmatic, service‑oriented, and motivated by improving outcomes across complex, multi‑brand environments.
Key requirements
Extensive experience in digital experience design, with strong foundations in UI design and systems thinking
Enterprise design system experience, including component libraries, tokens, governance, and documentation
Strong design‑to‑code capability, acting as a trusted bridge between design and front‑end development
Demonstrated experience making systems machine‑readable, including structured documentation, metadata, rules, and constraints
Practical experience integrating AI into design or design‑to‑code workflows, while preserving system integrity
Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, applied at a system level
Experience working with design tokens and cross‑platform outputs, aligned to scalable standards
Native mobile design experience, across Android and/or iOS
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to drive adoption and change
A collaborative, growth‑focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and future‑focused thinking
