About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer who’s excited by simplifying complexity and driven to help make great multi-channel customer experiences. We have a bold vision to empower more Australians to achieve home ownership and ensure a sustainable and resilient future.
In this role, you’ll lead the design vision for reimagining how we digitise tools to understand and support our brokers and homeowners, shaping strategy, crafting seamless user journeys, and delivering elegant, scalable UI solutions. You’ll be a part of a cross-functional Crew and help connect the dots across Squads.
You’ll influence senior stakeholders, mentor peers, and bring a strong user-centred voice to every conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to final UI for web & mobile
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product design and delivery process.
Shape product strategy and experience vision alongside the Design, Product & Technology Leads
Think holistically across journeys and connect the dots across the customer, staff and broker experiences.
Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience.
Facilitate and participate in design critiques, workshops, and agile ceremonies, providing and receiving actionable feedback.
Contribute to our design system for consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Measure impact post-launch and iterate using insights from data and research.
Mentor and support other designers across the crew.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience designing digital products in cross-functional product teams.
Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery with product and engineering partners.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders to shape direction through design thinking.
Strong interaction designs skills and proficiency with Figma.
Experience designing for complex systems, services, or platforms, not just isolated features.
