Job Description
B.E / B.Tech Electrical, Mechanical only.
· 3+ years of experience in facility management, mechanical systems , and/or maintenance, or closely related field
· Basic knowledge about all the relevant specialist areas of the technical equipment
· Various years of professional experience with the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment
· Support the Facility Manager in managing the mechanical, electrical & all civil maintenance within the facility.
· Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failure of critical equipment.
· Assist the Facility Manager to review the maintenance / service practices of electrical & mechanical contractors to deliver quality work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
