What You’ll Do
Analyze client needs, identify legal solutions, and develop case strategies
Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
Prepare correspondence, negotiate settlements, and attend mediation
Represent clients at hearings and trials with confidence and skill
Supervise paralegals and assistants, maintain time records, and review billing
