Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Fashion Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating new fashion collections, collaborating with the design team to develop mood boards, ensuring the quality and fit of garments, and incorporating industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Trend analysis and brand analysis to identify emerging patterns and consumer needs
• Conceptualizing stories, themes, mood boards, and color palettes to guide design decisions
• Visiting suppliers, mills, and markets to source new fabrics and accessories frequently
• Developing new embroidery and handwork techniques to enhance product offerings
• Collaborating with graphic designers to develop prints, laces, embroidery, and Schiffli designs
• Creating silhouettes based on trend forecasts and customer preferences
• Designing and developing product ranges to meet client needs
• Presenting products to clients and setting up showroom displays for visual merchandising
• Coordinating with product development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of client selections
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion design
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, or Pearl)
• Excellent creative and innovative abilities
• Strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs
• Skills in fashion design and fitting, textiles, embroidery, prints, washes, sewing details, etc.
