Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Fashion Designer to support our design team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the entire apparel design and production process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating new apparel designs, mood boards, and tech packs
• Research fabrics, trims, and market trends
• Work closely with the sampling and production team
• Help prepare designs for buyer presentations and exhibitions
Requirements:
• Exceptional creativity and flair for design, with a strong portfolio showcasing original concepts.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, fits, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD software, and trend analysis.
• Pattern making, draping, embroidery placement, and finishing details.
• Ability to create design sketches, prototypes, and oversee production.
• 5–10+ years of hands-on design experience, preferably with expertise in specific segments (western wear, ethnic, eveningwear, etc.).
• Track record of leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and working across departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
