Job description
We are hiring Senior fashion designer.

KRA:
• Trend analysis
• Brand analysis
• Conceptualising Stories, Themes, Mood boards & Colour palettes
• Sourcing new Fabrics & Accessories from mills & markets frequently
• Development of new Embroidery and Hand work techniques
• Development of Prints, Laces, Embroidery & Schiffli designs from graphic designer
• Silhouettes based on Trend & Forecast
• Design and range development
• Product presentation
• Showroom setup for clients, visual merchandising
• Co-ordination with Product development team
• Handling supporting team

KPI: Design to order conversion ratio

Min Experience: 7 years

Min Qualification: B.Design Fashion Design (NIFT, NID or Pearl)

Salary: 100K INR or above
