Shiv Chawla Bespoke Atelier is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with expertise in traditional, ethnic, Bridal and groom wear ( for men and women) . The ideal candidate will have global exposure, refined design sensibility, and the ability to manage the entire process from concept to client delivery. Candidates must be based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Designing & Creating Collections
Create original, innovative, and trend-setting designs for ethnic, bridal, and groom wear.
Ensure all designs align with Shiv Chawla Bespoke Atelier's brand and aesthetic.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
Client Interaction
Meet clients to discuss preferences, requirements, and specifications.
Advise on fabrics, colors, trends, and styling.
Collaborate to customize designs and create unique pieces.
Product Management
Oversee the entire production process from concept to delivery.
Work with production teams to ensure precision and quality.
Ensure timelines are met, and products are delivered on schedule.
Exhibition & Brand Representation
Represent Brand at exhibitions and trade shows.
Network with industry professionals to expand brand reach.
manage product photoshoots , styling guide , catalogue , mood boards
assist in social media and online growth of the brand
Team Collaboration
Lead and guide junior designers through creative processes.
Coordinate with production and sales teams for smooth workflow.
Quality Control
Ensure final products meet the highest standards.
Perform fittings and oversee alterations for custom pieces.
Client Orders & Follow-Up
Manage client orders, providing updates throughout the process.
Maintain client relationships for feedback and future orders.
Required Qualifications & Skills Preferable
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
7+ years experience in high end luxury brand for ethnic, bridal and groom wear design.
Strong portfolio showcasing ethnic, Traditional, bridal and groom collections.
Deep knowledge of Indian fabrics, embroidery, and fashion trends.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Proficient in design and design softwares (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
Must be located in Mumbai or ready to relocate to Mumbai or Canada .
