The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for womens Western wear and a deep understanding of current fashion trends in both international and Indian markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with customers for design and development.Work closely with the tech/production team on product development.Conduct in-depth design research on the latest fashion trends and market insights for both global and domestic markets.Ensure the feasibility of designs for production.Source and manage timely receipts of materials for product development.QualificationsStrong knowledge of European, USA, and Indian womens wear markets.Excellent communication skills.In-depth understanding of research and the latest fashion trends.Education: Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) or Postgraduate (PG) degree from NIFT or Pearl Academy.Experience: 7 years of experience in the garment industry. Experience is negotiable based on skill set.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI-assisted design.
