Requirements
• Managing the creation and delivery of outstanding product design and aesthetics in line with the business strategy. •Managing the overall Product development process.
• Conceptualizing & Developing Commercial Indo Western Design collections meeting monthly targets.
• Identify key item profit drivers at the start of the season and engage the design team to ensure delivery
• Designing hands-on for the western market, cost-effective production-friendly collections for the Fable Street brand
• Developing Mood Board, Colour Board, Illustration, Storyboard Creation, etc.
• Good exposure to the Indian design market. Ability to take lead, and deliver independently, with strong experience in product development, fittings, silhouettes, and pattern making. Exceptional Aesthetic Sense
• Bachelor’s degree & Master's degree in Fashion Design or Fashion management.
• Experience in management, operations, designing, and leadership.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management.
Experience: unto 15 years
Salary: Upto 1.5 lacs
