Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team at Styli. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and stylish collections that meet the expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Collection Development: Work closely with the buying team to develop and create dresses collections that showcase the latest fashion trends while remaining relevant to our target market.
• Trend Research: Conduct thorough research on international and local fashion trends to ensure our collections stay ahead of the curve.
• Print Design: Collaborate with the buying team to design and develop new prints, including creating CAD designs and preparing technical packs for suppliers.
• Technical Packs: Prepare high-quality technical packs for suppliers, ensuring all necessary information is included.
• Brand Development: Work with the buying team to develop stylish brand concepts and products that meet customer expectations.
• Sampling and Fitting: Oversee the development and sampling process, ensuring all products meet quality and style standards.
• International Travel: Travel to HQ and China for meetings and negotiation trips as required.
Requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in fashion, preferably in dresses design for a brand or design office. International experience is highly desirable.
• Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in collection development, trend analysis, print design, and technical packing. Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends, silhouettes, and fabrics. Proficiency in design tools and excellent communication skills.

As a Senior Fashion Designer at Styli, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
