Republiq Management & Media s seeking an experienced, successful fashion model to step into a coaching and mentorship role, guiding the next generation of models across a range of fashion and commercial genres.
This role is ideal for an established model who wants to share real-world industry knowledge, shape talent development, and actively contribute to a respected, forward-thinking modelling brand.
About the Role
As a Senior Model Coach, you will work closely with our creative and management teams to design, deliver and evolve a suite of industry-leading coaching workshops for new and emerging models. You’ll play a visible role within the business, including: mentoring talent, contributing to the development of workshops and programmes and promoting the Republiq Management & Media brand both in-house and externally.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role combining education, mentorship, creative development and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to develop, refine and maintain coaching workshops across multiple modelling and fashion genres, including runway, editorial, commercial, e-commerce and personal branding
Deliver workshops alongside creative staff, providing practical, real-world guidance drawn from your own professional experience
Provide ongoing advice, feedback and direction to new and emerging models as they develop their portfolios and careers
Support the promotion of workshops across digital channels, open days and industry events
Actively promote Republiq Management & Media to prospective models, representing the brand with professionalism and credibility
Contribute to the broader talent development strategy, helping ensure consistency, quality and industry relevance across all coaching programs
Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering confidence, discipline and professional standards in younger talent
About You
A proven, successful fashion model with strong industry credits (agency representation, campaigns, editorial, runway or commercial work)
Deep understanding of the fashion and modelling industry, including expectations, etiquette and career pathways
Confident communicator with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent
Comfortable working collaboratively with photographers, stylists, creative directors and management
Professional, reliable and aligned with a high-standards, luxury-focused brand
Experience in coaching, teaching, mentoring or workshops is highly regarded (but not essential)
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $45.00 – $90.00 per hour
