Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Field Service Technician to join our team in Delhi. As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and services to our existing customer base.
Your primary responsibilities will include carrying out repair, installation, maintenance, and calibration of Videojet equipment at customer sites. You will also provide frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. In addition, you will drive service revenue sales targets while ensuring strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion rates.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise appropriate judgment under general direction. You should also be able to prioritize workload, goals, and tasks consistent with the department and corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or engineering degree in any stream and at least 4 years of field service experience. Familiarity with local language is required, and previous experience working in a similar role is an asset.
