About the Role:
• As a Senior Finance Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of credit managers and underwriting cases for working capital finance.
• You will be required to analyze proposals from customers and make recommendations on whether to approve or reject them.
• In addition to underwriting, you will also be responsible for visiting customers to discuss deals and study monitoring reports to ensure portfolio quality.
• Your goal will be to achieve branch business targets through effective training and proper deal structuring.
• You will also be responsible for coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Requirements:
• A Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant underwriting experience is essential for this role.
• You should have strong analytical skills and be able to handle time-bound activities effectively.
• Experience of 2-4 years in relevant working capital products is desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
