Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant who can lead the company’s financial operations and accounting team, with a strong command over e-commerce business processes and financial management.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the company’s complete accounting and financial management functions.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Managing e-commerce accounting for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and WooCommerce.
• Ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and coordinating with auditors.
• Leading and mentoring a small finance and accounts team.
• Implementing process improvements for better financial accuracy, reporting speed, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinating with vendors, banks, and partners for smooth financial operations.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling end-to-end accounts and finance in an e-commerce business environment.
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and WooCommerce accounting reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, handle deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
