Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst provides ad-hoc and scheduled financial analysis to support projects throughout the organization. They participate in the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of the annual operating and capital budgets. The Senior Financial Analyst handles confidential and sensitive information and maintains the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. They are a key member of the finance team and contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring financial data is accurate and timely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track performance and identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Prepare and present financial presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years' of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong quantitative financial skills
