Senior Financial Analyst - Record To Report
The role of the Accounting Specialist involves supporting all general accounting processes throughout various circles in India. These processes encompass SAP workflows and non-workflow processes, necessitating interactions with finance teams.
Key responsibilities include the delivery of the following functions:
• Expense Provisioning and General Accounting
• Financial Records processing
• Document Management
• Reporting
• Stakeholder Management
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Prepare Month End Provisions within agreed timelines and its variance analysis
• Complete activities related to General accounting like GL Analysis and other related activities
To ensure accuracy and completeness of documents processed as per manual journal policy:
• Ensure on-time closing of books of accounts as per calendar
• Ensure timely reporting requirements
• Preparation of various schedules as per audit requirement
Core competencies, knowledge and experienced required:
• 1 3 years relevant experience
• Understanding of General accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of works Desired
• Knowledge of financial reporting close process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system
• Knowledge of Local GAAP, IFRS
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre/Business Process Outsourcing/Knowledge Process Outsourcing
• Fluency in English (both written & oral)
• Basic knowledge of MS Access / Altryx/AI
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
