Senior Financial Process Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive corporate accounting activities, including review and approval of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements related to thresholds, conventions, and timelines
• Lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations
• Coordinate with external auditors to deliver timely results and streamline audit processes
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues efficiently
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably from a Big 4 firm
• Strong experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Ability to apply US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements effectively
• Excellent project management skills to lead projects across multiple teams
