Your Role

As a Commercial Lender at KS StateBank, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers and developing new business opportunities. You will need to have an understanding of the financial industry, a commitment to community engagement, and the ability to bring in new business for the bank.

You will identify, solicit, and develop attractive lending and deposit opportunities while making sound business decisions to minimize losses and collect non-performing loans and accounts.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of commercial lending experience with a high level of understanding of all commercial banking products.

• A proven ability to market services to qualified prospects.

• Experience in consulting and client relationship management is desirable.

• A leader with a proven track record of client growth and retention.

What We Offer

We offer competitive wages starting at $80,000 to $140,000 based on experience, along with employee benefits including 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
