• 4+ years of experience in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Extensive experience in developing and delivering production-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development principles, UI/UX design, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Proficiency in state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Redux.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of backend services with Flutter applications.
• Experience with Firebase or other cloud platforms for implementing authentication, push notifications, and data storage.
• Strong proficiency in version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and practices for mobile applications, including unit testing and integration testing.
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.
• Having experience in developing iOS and Android applications will be an added value.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Leading and managing a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and task assignments.
• Providing technical expertise in Flutter development, including architecture, design patterns, and code organization.
• Integrating backend services through RESTful APIs and familiarity with Firebase or other cloud platforms.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges that arise during the development process.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and skill development.
• Staying updated with the latest Flutter trends, libraries, and best practices to enhance the team's efficiency and application quality.
• Exhibiting strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
