Mitsu is an early-stage Health Tech start-up in the space of mental healthcare.
We are currently putting together a high-quality and dynamic core engineering team to build our proprietary Digital Therapeutic solution. If you love building products with the potential to positively impact the lives of millions of people, we may have the right opportunity for you!
As Frontend Developer at Mitsu, you will be working on building and maintaining our Mobile Application on both Android and iOS Platforms.
You will:
1. Work on building the Mobile App features as per the Product Roadmap.
2. Work on scaling the application as per user growth and business requirements
3. Get a chance to work closely with the founder.
Skills and qualifications
1. Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. Experience in a consumer-tech, early-stage start-up is preferred.
2. Manage back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
3. Expert in native mobile app development using HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap, jQuery, and Flutter UI.
4. Integrations of Front-end elements with Back-end.
5. Experience in common 3rd party APIs like Payment Gateway Integrations, Chat integrations, video embedding, etc.
6. Strong understanding of HTTP protocol, Web-socket, and other web technologies.
7. Familiarity with security principles using SSL/TLS protocols and data encryption.
8. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
+. Have at least one app developed and published on App Store / PlayStore.

We use the following Technology Stack:
1. Frontend (Mobile App): Flutter
Compensation ▪
Cash compensation of 20-30 LPA ▪
The role is also eligible for the company’s ESOPs program.
About Mitsu
Mitsu is a Digital clinic for people who are struggling with symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. This is a large, underserved space both in India and globally.
We are building a smartphone-based solution that is convenient to access, 10X scalable, and 3X more cost-effective vs. in-person Psychotherapy while delivering better clinical outcomes. We are currently at a pre-launch stage and working towards the MVP launch at the end of April.
The company has raised a pre-seed round led by the Burman Family office (promoters of Dabur group) and reputed Angel investors.
About Founder:
Prior to starting Mitsu, Amit was the founding CEO of a health tech company called M3 India which is the Indian subsidiary of M3, Inc. Japan (an MNC with USD>1.5bn sales). An alumnus of IIT Bombay (2005) and IIMK (2010), Amit has 15+ years of experience across Healthcare and early-stage Investments, of which the last + years have been in and around building healthcare start-ups
