">We are looking for a Textile Fashion Design Lead to join our team as a freelancer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development process of apparel products. You will work closely with our team to ensure that designs are feasible for production and aligned with brand guidelines.
">Key Responsibilities:
"> Develop high-quality fashion designs that meet commercial viability and global appeal standards.
"> Create detailed technical packs, including flat sketches, CADs, and production-ready documentation.
"> Source and procure fabrics from reliable suppliers and mills, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
"> Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible for production and aligned with brand guidelines.
">Requirements:
"> 8+ years of experience in fashion/textile design with a focus on end-to-end development.
"> Proven track record of creating high-quality fashion designs and developing products from concept to completion.
"> Strong understanding of textiles, patterns, fabric behavior, and garment construction.
"> Excellent communication and time management skills.
"> Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
"> Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., CLO 3D, Browzwear, Optitex) is a bonus.
"> Knowledge of sustainable materials and ethical sourcing practices is an advantage.
