Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Tutor who has a strong background in teaching French to Canadian students, particularly for the TEF exam preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of delivering effective lessons and converting demo sessions into long-term client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective online French classes aimed at TEF exam preparation.
- Provide personalized instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
- Prepare students thoroughly for all aspects of the TEF exam.
- Conduct demo sessions for prospective students and effectively communicate the benefits of our programs to convert them into regular clients.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback and actionable steps for improvement.
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Must have completed at least a B2 level in French language proficiency.
- Minimum of 4-5 years teaching experience, preferably with Canadian students.
- Strong experience in preparing students for the TEF Canada exam.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students through virtual platforms.
- Proven track record of converting demo sessions into client engagements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
