About the Role
As a Senior Front-End Developer (React JS & React Native) at 3Insys, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building cutting-edge applications that drive digital transformation across industries, including Renewable Energy and EV Energy. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in front-end development, including mobile app development for Android and iOS, with React Native. While you will be a key technical leader, this position is focused on development rather than solely managing a team.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native for Android and iOS platforms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.- Act as a technical leader while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across web and mobile platforms.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement improvements to existing systems.- Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality and performance.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS and React Native.- Proven experience building and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management libraries like Redux.- Experience working with RESTful APIs and Micro-Frontend architecture.- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and version control tools like Git.- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead technically without solely managing a team.
Key Skills
- ReactJS, React Native (Android & iOS), TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 4.0+.- Experience in building scalable applications with REST APIs and Micro-Frontend architecture.- Hands-on development with React Native for mobile applications (Android & iOS).- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for web and mobile platforms.- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress or advanced testing methodologies.
