The startup is a growth-stage Sequoia-backed early-stage startup ($5.7+ Mn funded) which is building a first-of-its-kind customer collaboration platform. The product enables revenue teams to effectively collaborate with B2B buyers and transparently communicate with all parties involved in the process to retain stakeholders and onboard new clients
About The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to work closely with the founding team. The successful candidate wants to take ownership, has a bias for action, and loves to combine the art of design with the art of
programming. Responsibilities will include translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works
Responsibilities
• Develop a user-facing stack from scratch
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Technology Skills
• Proven work experience as a ReactJS Frontend developer
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Good experience with Typescript and ReactJS (17.x)
• Tech stack: Webpack 5, Tailwind CSS 3, Redux Toolkit, RTK query, Radix UI library
• Knowledge of Alerting and Monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Testing Frameworks, UI Testing, Monorepos, and Graphql principles
• UI Performance: should have hands-on experience in optimizing page load, rendering, caching
• Sense for appeal & aesthetics from a usability perspective
Soft Skills
• Should be updated with the new technologies and trends
• Obsessed with best practices, structuring, and documentation and have an eye for detail
• Self-starter with a high level of drive and commitment
• High energy and drive to work in a startup environment
• Conceptual thinking, flexibility, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work under pressure and confidence to deal with complex issues
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on and detail-oriented
